Returns accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With all original tags intact
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- Free from perfume, stains, or damage after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return/refund, including:
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, or altered/washed items
- Non-returnable intimates/accessories (if applicable)
How to Start a Return

Repack with tags and original packaging. Add invoice/packing slip if available.

After inspection, we’ll process refund/exchange/store credit as applicable.
