Returns accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refund Timing

Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.

Exchanges

Size exchange subject to stock availability. If unavailable, refund/store credit.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • With all original tags intact
  • In original packaging (where applicable)
  • Free from perfume, stains, or damage after delivery
Tip: Please try garments carefully to avoid makeup/perfume transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return/refund, including:

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, or altered/washed items
  • Non-returnable intimates/accessories (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

    Email us with your order number and item(s) you want to return.

    Approval & instructions

    We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions (pickup if available).

    Pack securely

    Repack with tags and original packaging. Add invoice/packing slip if available.

    Quality check & resolution

    After inspection, we’ll process refund/exchange/store credit as applicable.
